Trattoria dall’Oste took over the management of the restaurant ‘Antico Barile’, a few meters from Piazza della Signoria and from Firenze’s Dome. In this intimate and cozy Trattoria, you can taste the true Florentine T-Bone steak IGP, which has succeed in their other place in via Alamanni. All the rooms perfectly recall the Tuscan tradition, colors, wooden boxes and wicker wine bottles. Every detail has been attentively conceived to make the guests lose themselves in this atmosphere.

The T-bone steak is the specialty of the house, whose ability to work and cook it made it famous and pride of it. For a good steak a good meat is needed and that’s why only the best Chianina IGP are selected. It has its name from the zone named ‘Val di Chiana’, although it can be considered native to Tuscany and Umbria as a whole.

Among the second courses, you can choose from a large selection of beef filets with different characteristics and provenances. And ‘quality’ is the key word that accompanies every dish of the menu, from appetizers to desserts.

Also worth mentioning is the vast variety of important Tuscan wine labels, both red and white, ideal to accompany each dish. The restaurant has a capacity of 100 seats, divided into 50, 30 and 20 seats.
